The Organisation for European Programmes and Cultural Relations (OEPCR), which operates the “Creative Europe Desk Cyprus” and the “CERV Cyprus National Contact Point” organises an online info session on navigating the EU Funding & Tenders Portal, the proposal and budget development & submission process.

The online info session is open to beneficiaries of the European Union programmes represented by OEPCR, who intend to submit a proposal. The session is open to governmental authorities, governmental local and regional authorities, state organisations or companies, civil society organisations, non-governmental and non-profit organisations, associations and academic institutions whose work is relevant to the programmes’ content and which are based in Cyprus and Greece.
The session’s aim is to inform the beneficiaries of the Creative Europe and CERV programmes, based in Cyprus and Greece on how to manage and navigate through the EU Funding & Tenders Portal, helping them familiarise themselves with the proposal preparation and submission process, including the budget development and enhancing their skills.
The session will support beneficiaries on the following:
- Information on the funding opportunities offered by the Creative Europe and Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) programmes;
- Information on managing and navigating through the EU Funding Portal;
- Information on how to search and find suitable Calls for Proposals based on one’s expertise and interests;
- Information on the Portal’s features and tools;
- Information on searching and downloading the necessary documents for preparing and submitting proposals;
- Familiarisation with the proposal submission process through the Portal and enhancement of one’s skills in preparing and submitting a proposal;
- Familiarisation with the budget development process;
- Information on partner search tools;
- Information on searching and finding project results and implemented projects
