CERV National Contact Points

ABOUT CERV NATIONAL CONTACT POINTS

National Contact Points serve as essential support structures offering useful information, impartial guidance and assistance to potential applicants and beneficiaries of the CERV programme. CERV National Contact Points are in place in every participating country of the programme.

The Organisation for European Programmes and Cultural Relations (OEPCR) hosts the CERV Cyprus National Contact Point (CERV NCP CY), constituting one of the 23 National Contact Points operating in European countries.

CERV National Contact Points are designed to:

  • Promote the CERV programme at national, regional and local level;
  • Provide practical & user-friendly information, impartial guidance and assistance to potential applicants and beneficiaries on the different strands of the programme;
  • Provide capacity building, training and networking activities in order to enhance the competitiveness of the applicants’ proposals;
  • Support stakeholders’ cooperation at national, regional and local levels;
  • Mobilise relevant organisations to become involved into the programme while reaching out to new organisations with an emphasis on civil society organisations;
  • Disseminate programme results & enhance the visibility and impact of the CERV programme through the production of promotional material and the use of social media.

CERV NATIONAL CONTACT POINTS NETWORK

The Network of CERV National Contact Points consists of the 23 National Contact Points that are established, operated, and financed by EU Member States and by third countries participating in the CERV programme. Their mission is to provide information, guidance and support to potential applicants and beneficiaries of the programme, raise awareness of CERV funding opportunities through informative and promotional activities while extending the programme’s reach to regions with low participation.

CERV CITIZENS’ FORUM

The CERV National Contact Points Network has established and operates the CERV Citizens’ Forum, a series of online fora, which can take the form of online informative sessions, seminars, or workshops that focus on the general objectives of the CERV programme, the open CERV Calls for Proposals and its horizontal priorities. The CERV Citizens’ Forum is open to the programme’s potential applicants, beneficiaries and relevant stakeholders.

Mission

The CERV Citizens’ Forum aims to provide a space for citizens, organisations, associations, municipalities, and other relevant stakeholders to collaboratively design CERV projects and develop CERV project proposals.

Within this Forum, individuals have the opportunity to:

  • Receive information on the general scope and objectives of the CERV programme;
  • Receive information on the open CERV Calls for Proposals;
  • Ask questions and engage in discussions in a collaborative and informal setting;
  • Present project ideas or topics and moderate a breakout room to discuss these ideas with other interested participants;
  • Identify potential partners for their projects, expand their network while fostering synergies among organisations and participants;
  • Discover project consortiums that are seeking partners;
  • Engage in knowledge exchange with peers from different countries while sharing perspectives and strategies for implementing shared EU values;
  • Draw inspiration for prospective European Union cooperation projects.

CERV Project Partner Search

The CERV Project Partner Search, operated by the CERV National Contact Points Network, serves as a platform for sharing project proposals under development, sharing project ideas, and expressing interest in participating in both open and forthcoming CERV Calls for proposals.

This platform is available to prospective project leaders seeking partners to establish project collaborations, as well as to prospective project partners interested in joining existing or new project partnerships.

Furthermore, this platform is open to individuals who wish to express their interest in participating in project partnerships in the capacity of advisors or researchers.

If you are seeking project ideas or partners, you may join the CERV Project Partner Search by completing the registration form. Upon registration, your entry will be added to the CERV Partner Search List, containing all current entries.
