Online Info session: Circulation of European Literary Works call for proposals 2027

The European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) is organising an online info session to illustrate the Creative Europe 2027 call for proposals “Circulation of European Literary Works” (CREA-CULT-2027-LIT).

The session will be held on 17 November 2026 from 15:00 to 17:00 (Cyprus/Greece time).  The session, which will be open to everyone, will cover important aspects of the call, including how to apply, admissibility and eligibility criteria, and the types of projects that qualify for support.

Circulation of European Literary Works

Scope:

Translation, publication, promotion, and distribution activities as well as activities addressing the themes and priorities described above. More specifically:

• Activities relating to literary works to be translated, published and promoted, as part of a robust publishing strategy and an effective distribution plan.
• Activities aimed at facilitating collaboration between the various stakeholders in the book and publishing value chain: authors, translators, publishers, distributors, booksellers, libraries, literary events and festivals.
