The CERV Innovation Forum organises an online forum focusing on the topic of promoting citizens’ active engagement and democratic participation in public policymaking, beyond elections, as well as broader civic engagement within the framework of the upcoming CERV Call for Proposals “Citizens’ engagement and participation” (CERV-2026-CITIZENS-CIV).

The Forum will feature three European experts who are active in the European civil society sector:
- Antonella Valmorbida – ALDA, Secretary General
- Matej Miklian – Plenipotentiary for the Development of CSOs (Slovakia)
- Nina Petrov, Civic Engagement Analyst & Researcher (Serbia)
The Forum, which is open to all CERV beneficiaries, will also offer participants the opportunity to network, share project ideas and look for potential partners in the context of dedicated break-out rooms. The CERV Innovation Forum is co-organised by the European Network of CERV National Contact Points.
