Aiming to create a comprehensive strategic framework for the European Union’s cultural policy, the EU has launched the process of shaping the EU Culture Compass.
The new Compass aims to:
- Strengthen the cultural sector
- Support fair working conditions
- Protect cultural diversity
To develop the Compass, the EU seeks input from professionals across the broader cultural and creative sectors. Therefore, it is issuing an open call to all cultural professionals to submit their views and positions.
This initiative, which aims to co-shape the future direction of European cultural policy, will remain open until Thursday, May 30, 2025.
