The Anna Lindh Foundation has launched its second Call for Proposals for cultural and intercultural activities under the Mediterranean Capitals of Culture and Dialogue 2026 initiative, with the cities of Matera (Italy) and Tetouan (Morocco) serving as the host cities for the programme’s activities.
The call is open to legally registered organisations from the 43 countries of the Euro-Mediterranean region, including Cyprus, that are able to design and implement non-profit cultural initiatives between October and December 2026. Proposed activities should promote social inclusion through culture, highlight the Mediterranean’s rich cultural diversity, and foster meaningful engagement with local communities.
Funding ranges from €2,500 to €5,000, depending on the scale of the proposed activity. Interested organisations are required to secure cooperation with a local partner in Matera or Tetouan prior to submitting their application.
Application deadline: 4 July 2026, 23:59 CET.
