With the support of the Creative Europe program, the Culture Moves Europe initiative offers financial support to organizations and artists who wish to act as residency hosts for artists and cultural professionals in a residency project.
The call is addressed to legal entities registered and based in Creative Europe countries (27 EU Member States and 14 other countries), including Overseas Countries and Territories (OCT) and Outermost Regions (OR), and active in one of the following sectors: Architecture, Cultural Heritage, Design and Fashion, Literature, Music, Performing Arts, or Visual Arts.
Applicants will submit a residency project proposal to host 1 to 5 artists, following two of the following objectives: learn, create, explore, connect, or transform. The proposal must also ensure suitable work and living spaces, as well as at least one mentor for artistic guidance.
Residency hosts receive financial support, along with additional accessibility support when hosting individuals with disabilities.
Application deadline: 15 December 2025 – 16 March 2026.
